**About the Role** Christian Life Center is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Custodian to help keep our campus clean, welcoming, and ready for the people who walk through our doors every week. This role is focused on cleaning and light upkeep inside our buildings and offers flexible, part-time hours that can work around school, another job, or retirement. If you take pride in a clean space and want work that has an immediate, visible impact - this is a great fit. **What You'll Do:** - Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas - Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot-clean floors and carpets - Empty trash and recycling and replace liners throughout the building - Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) - Clean glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces - Set up and break down rooms and spaces for weekend services and midweek events - Report maintenance issues, burnt-out bulbs, or safety concerns to the Facility Manager - Take on other duties as assigned **What You'll Bring:** - High School Diploma or GED preferred - A genuine, active commitment to your Christian faith and to CLC's mission and values, and regular attendance/involvement at CLC - A track record of showing up, following through, and taking ownership of a space — this is a role for someone who notices the details other people walk past - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs - Availability to work some evenings and/or weekends - A team-first mindset — how you treat people matters as much as the work itself **Schedule & Pay:** This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position scheduled for Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:00am – 2:00pm; 7:30am-1:30pm on Sunday.
