Facilities Day Porter (Housekeeping Attendant)

**Position Summary** Boulder Country Club is looking for a dependable and detail-focused full-time Day Porter to keep the clubhouse and member areas clean during the day. This is a visible, member-facing role. You will clean throughout your shift, respond quickly to needs, and help keep the Club looking its best at all times. **Key Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain the clubhouse, fitness areas, pool house, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces - Focus on high-traffic areas like restrooms, entrances, and fitness spaces - Keep glass, mirrors, and windows clean and streak-free - Respond quickly to spills and messes - Restock supplies as needed - Help with event setup and light cleanup - Report maintenance issues right away - Be friendly and professional with members and staff **What We’re Looking For** - Reliable and on time - Able to stay active and respond quickly - Comfortable working around members and guests - Pays attention to detail - Can handle multiple tasks during a shift **Schedule & Work Environment** - Daytime shifts Wednesday thru Sunday - Weekend and holiday availability preferred - Active role with lots of walking and movement **Preferred Experience** - Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar work - Experience working in public spaces is helpful **Benefits:** - Position compensation is $18 an hour - Average between 30 to 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime during busy periods. - Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Benefits (after 60 days of full-time employment). - 401(k) plan with employer matching (after 1 year of employment). - Paid sick & vacation days. - Limited golf benefits. - Discounted uniform shoes - Discounted employee meals during working hours. - Discounted summer camp for children 4-12 years old. **Physical Requirements** - Stand and walk for long periods - Bend and lift regularly - Lift up to 40 lbs **Role Focus** Your main goal is to keep the Club clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. **Equal Opportunity Employer** We are an equal-opportunity employer and consider all applicants fairly.
