Available options include Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday. Opportunities are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts, including a 12:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule. **Job Description Highlights |** This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time. - Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of offices, laboratories, hallways, warehouse areas, and other facility spaces. - Clean floors, interior glass, doors, and commonly touched surfaces to support a safe and professional work environment. - Perform routine and detailed cleaning of workspaces, furniture, fixtures, and facility surfaces - Support periodic and seasonal cleaning projects, including deeper facility cleaning and special maintenance tasks as needed. - Maintain clean, sanitary, and well-stocked restroom facilities for employees and visitors. - Ensure breakrooms and shared employee spaces remain clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. - Clean and maintain common appliances and shared surfaces in employee areas. - Manage facility waste removal, including emptying containers, replacing liners, and transporting waste to designated disposal areas. - Monitor custodial supplies and coordinate ordering or replenishment of cleaning materials and consumables. - Support basic facility upkeep tasks and assist with maintaining overall building standards **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities** - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Ability to manage daily tasks and prioritize workload - Understanding of sanitation and facility cleanliness standards - Ability to safely use custodial equipment and cleaning products - Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift - Ability to lift up to 50lbs **Total Rewards That Grow With You** At Wyffels Hybrids, competitive pay is just one part of our total rewards package. The role is eligible for overtime pay and the role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k). The pay range listed above reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
