We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor / Housekeeping team member to help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of dealership facilities. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming, safe, and professional environment throughout showrooms, offices, service areas, and customer spaces. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well-maintained. ### Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, showrooms, breakrooms, and customer waiting areas. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout dealership facilities. - Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly. - Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed. - Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and high-touch areas regularly. - Maintain cleanliness of service drive and common areas as assigned. - Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Report maintenance or safety concerns to Facilities or Management promptly. - Support special cleaning projects, events, or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed. - Uphold Power Ford’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. ## Requirements ### Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. - Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs). - Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. - Professional demeanor and respectful attitude. ### Working Conditions: - Indoor dealership environment with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting. - Exposure to cleaning chemicals and supplies. - Standard schedule may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. ### What We Offer: - Competitive hourly pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Paid time off and holidays - Employee discounts - Stable, long-term employment opportunities within Power Ford ### Advance Your Career at Power Ford!
