Essential Functions Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Assign and oversee (and perform when necessary) minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, including replacing interior and exterior light bulbs. Repair locks, door handles, and other building hardware; inspect all interior and exterior glass and coordinate necessary repairs.
