Join our team as a Welder/Grinder, you will fabricate and finish metal components using welding and grinding techniques to meet quality and project specifications and be an essential part of our professional and customer-centric team.nSUMMARYnA Welder/Grinder is responsible for performing skilled welding and grinding work on stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, while ensuring precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environmentnDAILY RESPONSIBILITIESnThe duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:nnWeld/Grind stairs, rails and misc. metals.nMIG, TIG, and Stick Weld.nOperate overhead crane.nTest and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.nnSuccessful candidates will have:nnExperience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.nProfessional Certification is a plus.nExcellent time-management skills with the ability to meet fast-paced project demands.nAbility to use basic math and geometry.n
