## Description Summary: Assisting the Bartender with keeping his bar and surrounding areas in presentable shape. Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED. - One-year previous experience in high volume bar. - Must be 21 years of age or older. License Requirement(s): - Class III Gaming License; Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board Mast Permit, Health Department Card Essential Job Functions: - Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas and equipment. - Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies. - Remove empty bottles and any trash. - Wash glasses and polish bar fixtures. - Prepare necessary fruit for use in garnishes. - Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies. - Stocks and rotates all inventories. - Other Duties as assigned Physical/Mental Requirements: - Constantly walking, standing, hearing, seeing and talking. - Frequently smelling, tasting, eye/hand coordination and handling. - Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, sitting, holding, wrist motion, reading and stooping Working Conditions: - Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. - Close spaces while working with others. - Moderate noise levels. - Stand on tile, mats ## Requirements Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED. - One-year previous experience in high volume bar. - Must be 21 years of age or older.
