Job Skills / Requirements City Safe Partners is seeking experienced, FDNY-certified F-80 Fire Safety Supervisors to serve as Coordinators of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems at homeless shelter locations across all five boroughs. This is a supervisory-level role requiring strong leadership, fire safety expertise, and the ability to ensure full FDNY compliance while protecting some of New York City's most vulnerable residents Requirements • Valid FDNY F-80 Certificate of Fitness — Coordinator of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems in Homeless Shelters (required) • Valid NYS Security Guard License (required) • Minimum 1 year of experience operating a fire alarm control panel in a shelter setting • CPR / First Aid certification (required or willingness to obtain upon hire) • Strong knowledge of NYC Fire Code and FDNY regulations applicable to shelter environments • Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a security or fire safety role • Excellent communication, documentation, and decision-making skills • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications Prior security supervisory experience preferred Valid NYS Security Guard License required Valid driver’s license preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and supervise multiple sites Professional appearance and demeanor required Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days
