Responsibilities Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and cross-functional leadership to guide the eye tracking system design for XR. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers. Facilitate alignment and clarity across collaborating engineering teams, UX Researcher/UX Developer, Program Manager/Technical Program Managers, and external partners. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Influence and contribute to perception algorithms design and implementation. Write robust, reliable, efficient, and testable software designed to run on compute-constrained android devices running perception pipelines at high frame rate and bandwidth.
