You give your all and so do we! **What you will do:** As our Extrusion Team Lead, you will be responsible overseeing the safety and quality in the Extrusion department. **The Job:** - Assist in printing/entering production orders. - Assist in updating POS’s and work instructions. - Assure proper quality and specs. - Assist in training new employees. - Act as a backup to the Extrusion Operators. - Make sure employees are working safe. - Keep the shop safe and organized. - Report potential hazards. - All other duties as assigned. **The ideal candidate will have:** - Leadership ability. - Clear and effective oral and written communications. - Strong time management skills. - Good mechanical skills. - Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. - Meet or exceed customer expectations. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 2-3 years Extrusion experience. - Leadership experience a plus. - Broad knowledge of sheet and profile extrusion - Strong mechanical ability or knowledge. - Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire. **Hours and Location:** - Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI - 2nd shift, Monday-Friday; 2:50pm-11:00pm ##### **Benefits** - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Generous company 401(k) contributions - Flexible spending account - Tuition reimbursement - Generous paid time off - Employee assistance program - Vision insurance - Employee discount - Life insurance - Referral program
