Extra Help - Customer Service Representative - Hospital Oncology Nursing Services

Position Summary This position reports to the department Director/designee. Under general supervision, performs complex customer service functions, day to day document verification and revision, automated and manual/electronic data entry, assistance with performance improvement activities, assist in all nursing department operations. Duties Responsibilities Responds and researches complex inquiries from customers that the department serves and clarifies or solves issues based on policies and procedures. Composes complex correspondence and creates documentation/records. Maintains a record of interactions and updates department leaders on client issues or trends that require improvements and suggests improvements. Develops and updates department communication or records while maintaining confidentiality. Provides administrative support by accurately transcribing information or notes and performing data entry Other duties and projects as assigned. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
