Responsibilities As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards, including: - Performing routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes - Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels - Identifying maintenance and repair needs and communicating recommendations to the service advisor team - Maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction - Following all safety procedures and dealership policies Qualifications - Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems - Previous experience as an Express or Quick Lube Technician preferred - Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Compensation **Estimated Hourly Pay:** $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, job-related qualifications, location, and other factors.
