Requirements: 5+ years of experience at a proprietary trading firm or pod shop 2+ years of experience in a risk-taking role Ability to clearly articulate your strategy and provide validation Accountability for own actions Possessor of high moral character and integrity DV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
