Experienced Service Technician - Field

Join the ProLift Toyota Material Handling Service Team! ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide world-class maintenance and repair services to forklifts and material handling equipment at customer locations. We're looking for professionals who take pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and working independently. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair electric and internal combustion forklifts Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic systems Perform scheduled preventative maintenance Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software Complete accurate service documentation Recommend repairs that improve customer uptime and equipment reliability Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Deliver exceptional customer service while representing ProLift professionally What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience repairing industrial equipment, heavy equipment, automotive diesel, agricultural, or material handling equipment, required High school diploma or equivalent, required Technical school education, preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics Experience with diagnostic software, preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (may require medical certificate or CDL) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift, push and pull up-to 75lbs and work in various environments such as outdoor rain or snow conditions Preferred Experience: Toyota forklift repair experience ASE, EVT, or OEM certifications Welding and fabrication experience Battery – electric and lithium-ion equipment We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance incentives Company service truck Portal to Portal pay Laptop and mobile devices Uniforms Paid Toyota Master Technician training and certifications Paid career development training and promotions Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for career advancement Why Join ProLift?
