As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal. You already know this work, and we're looking for an experienced tech who can hit the ground running. **What you'll do** - Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standards - Set and monitor drying equipment, and keep our gear clean, stocked, and ready to roll - Walk customers through the scope of work and handle the documentation that goes with it - Manage your schedule so jobs get done on time - Cross-train into related skills as you grow **What we're looking for** - Minimum 2 years of verifiable restoration experience - Experience with Next Gear (Dash) software - Experience with MICA / Mitigate software - Experience with photo documentation - IICRC certification is a plus and will be considered in starting pay - Starting pay is based on verifiable experience and certifications - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet - Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day - Solid communication with customers and teammates - Basic computer skills **The real deal** This is physical, hands-on work.
