## Overview ## Experienced Plumber – Residential Service ### Position Overview We are seeking a Washington Licensed Journeyman Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork. ### What You’ll Do - Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues - Perform routine maintenance and service calls - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems - Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local code requirements - Communicate findings, solutions, and pricing clearly with homeowners - Present repair and replacement options in a professional, consultative manner - Complete job documentation, invoicing, and payments using ServiceTitan - Collect payments and close out service calls accurately - Guide or oversee apprentices as needed - Attend weekly team and training meetings ### What You’ll Bring - Current Journeyman Plumber License - Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations - Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems - Excellent communication and customer‑service skills - Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism - Valid driver’s license ### Work Environment & Physical Requirements - Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods - Pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs. - Use of hand and power tools and required protective equipment - Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions - Occasional work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces - Exposure to standard residential job‑site hazards - Journeyman license is a PLUS! ### Compensation & Benefits - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Company‑provided uniforms - Training and career development ### Build Your Career With Cougar At Cougar, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a community.
