Machine operation, setup, or supervisory experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this role.Not accepting applications from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters.** - To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR [Here](https://www.pmddtc.state.gov/ddtc_public?id=ddtc_kb_article_page&sys_id=24d528fddbfc930044f9ff621f961987). ## Requirements - Minimum 7 years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment. - Demonstrated experience independently creating, proving out, and optimizing CNC programs for complex machined components. - Proven ability to develop complete manufacturing processes, including process planning, tooling selection, workholding design, setup reduction, cycle time optimization, and troubleshooting. - Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, machining principles, cutting tool application, and manufacturing best practices. - Experience supporting new product introduction, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ability to troubleshoot machining, quality, tooling, and process issues with minimal supervision. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. - Aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision manufacturing experience. - Multi-axis machining experience, including 4-axis and 5-axis programming. **Equivalent Experience Considered** Candidates without a degree will be considered based on relevant technical experience and demonstrated accomplishments.
