We offer a true **“home base” work environment**—steady local work, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to build a long-term career. **What You’ll Do** As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will independently serve both **residential and commercial customers**, including: - Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems - Servicing equipment including RTUs, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC systems, and humidification systems - Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections - Completing light plumbing repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting - Working on commercial controls and retrofit/replacement projects - Communicating clearly with customers and team members **What We’re Looking For** - **5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred** - Ability to **independently diagnose and repair** a wide range of systems - Experience with both **residential and light commercial service** - EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - High school diploma or GED - Own basic hand tools - Ability to pass background check and drug screening **Compensation** **$26 – $38 per hour** based on experience, certifications, and skillset (Highly experienced candidates may be considered above this range) **Benefits** - Highmark Health Insurance (3 plan options) after 90 days - Optional dental and vision coverage - Paid time off (increases with tenure) - Paid holidays - 401(k) with company match after one year - Paid Parental Leave - Uniform allowance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - AFLAC and Norton LifeLock options - Ongoing training and advancement opportunities **Additional Information** - **Company vehicles are provided for technicians participating in our on-call rotation** - On-call technicians are permitted to take their vehicle home, including on non-call days - Technicians not participating in the on-call rotation report to the shop daily **Why Tuckey** - Local work – **be home every night** - Strong team culture – **you’re not just a number** - Stable, established company with steady work year-round - Commitment to ongoing training and professional development **Apply today and build your career with a company that values your work and your future.** EOE
