We’re looking for someone with **at least 3 years of hands-on air duct cleaning experience** who takes pride in quality work, professionalism, and customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in residential and commercial settings, and able to communicate clearly with customers and team members. Responsibilities - Perform residential and commercial **air duct cleaning** services using truck-mounted and portable equipment - Clean HVAC supply and return ductwork, vents, registers, air handlers, coils, and related system components - Set up containment and protect customer property during service - Inspect duct systems and identify cleanliness, buildup, damage, or airflow concerns - Educate customers on service recommendations and answer questions professionally - Complete job documentation, photos, and service notes accurately - Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle cleanliness - Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices - Represent the Voda brand with professionalism on every jobsite Qualifications - **3+ years of duct cleaning experience required** - Experience with residential HVAC systems; commercial experience is a plus - Strong understanding of air duct cleaning methods, equipment, and HVAC components - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and tight-access areas - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (but not required) - Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification - NADCA familiarity or certification - Experience in dryer vent cleaning - Experience in restoration, mold remediation, or indoor air quality services What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - Overtime opportunities - Company vehicle or company-provided equipment - Paid training and opportunities for advancement - Supportive team environment - Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding restoration company To Apply Please send your resume and work experience to calli.thacker@myvoda.com or contact 540-351-7764.
