Experienced Commercial Title Searcher - TX

Job Requirements Specific experience preparing title search reports in Texas, commercial and residential (10+ years) Extensive experience with using Title Data (TDI) (10+ years) Must be able to plot out legal descriptions and use them to resolve the chain of title Experience with chain of title research and preparation of title reports to be used for title insurance Proficiency in determining completeness of title reports, identifying clouds on title, and validating applicability of documents to a title report Experience identifying that all pertinent parties were correctly researched and documented Experience with training other employees and management experience strongly preferred Who We Are As An Employer Pippin’s culture is rooted in our core values, which promote an innovative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives and new ideas are celebrated.
