Lead and Inspire: You’ll directly manage, coach, and empower a brilliant, growing team of Experience specialists (SEO, GEO, analytics), fostering a highly collaborative and supportive culture. Client Champion: Act as the day-to-day strategic lead for key accounts, building deeply trusted relationships and ensuring our delivery consistently smashes client KPIs. Operational Excellence: Drive the high-quality delivery of our Experience products across WPP Media agencies, refining workflows and scaling our frameworks for success. Commercial Growth: Play a crucial part in the business by supporting pitch responses, spotting fresh growth opportunities within existing portfolios, and keeping projects profitable. Tech & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by playing with the latest tech, from cutting-edge LLMs to smart SEO automation, to keep our strategies sharp and impactful. Ideal Skills and Experience This role is perfect for a strategic, tech-savvy leader who loves mentoring a team just as much as they love diving into SEO analytics and driving brilliant commercial outcomes for top-tier clients.
