The role requires a hands-on executive who can balance technical depth, organizational leadership, and business priorities. - Lead the global engineering organization, including software engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, and infrastructure teams across multiple regions. - Define and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives, product growth, scalability, and customer needs. - Drive the adoption of agentic AI development practices across the software lifecycle, including development, testing, documentation, deployment, and monitoring. - Lead AI-assisted modernization initiatives, including reverse engineering legacy systems, generating technical documentation, creating behavioral test suites, and accelerating platform migration. - Oversee the continued evolution of a cloud-native technology platform while managing consolidation and retirement of legacy systems. - Make critical architecture decisions around platform design, shared services, scalability, security, compliance, and multi-tenant environments. - Lead major cloud infrastructure consolidation efforts, including migration planning, execution, cost optimization, and operational improvements. - Transform quality assurance and release processes by implementing automation, CI/CD practices, continuous testing, and rapid delivery frameworks. - Establish engineering metrics, KPIs, and operational processes to improve productivity, delivery predictability, quality, and accountability. - Build and develop a high-performing global engineering organization through talent development, leadership enhancement, and organizational design. - Optimize global engineering operations, including collaboration models across regions, resource allocation, and vendor management. - Partner with product, sales, customer success, and executive teams to align technology execution with business priorities. - Represent the technology organization in customer engagements, strategic discussions, and business development activities. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a visionary engineering executive with extensive experience leading global technology organizations, modernizing complex platforms, and implementing AI-driven engineering transformations. - 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, payments, or related industries. - 8+ years of senior engineering leadership experience in roles such as VP of Engineering, SVP of Engineering, CTO, or equivalent ope…
