As a Senior Associate you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like...We need a strong track-record of making successful sourcing and referencing calls, networking and confidence to meet candidates face-to-face to build strong relationships - Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists. - Able to handle volume and multi-task. - Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building products. - Ability to handle candidates through the early stage of a clients interview process. - Ability to present candidate to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice. **Characters we are looking to talk with will have a s** **olutions focused & highly pro-active outlook.
