This is a hands-on, fast-paced administrative role inside the Office of the CEO. You will directly support our Co-CEOs, Chief of Staff and wider C-Suite, ensuring our leadership team operates at peak efficiency. Starting at a minimum of 20 h/week. Make no mistake: this is fundamentally an execution and administrative role. However, it comes with a massive upside. You will get a front-row seat to how a global, Series-C scale-up is run, learning directly from C-level executives while mastering the operational foundations of a tech company. If you get the basics done flawlessly, this role is explicitly designed to expand into a permanent position. Your Impact This isn't just a background job; it is a springboard for your career. You will build a rare, highly transferable skill set by: Mastering C-Suite Logistics: Own executive schedule coordination, complex travel planning, and meeting logistics across global time zones. Running the Basecamp: Help keep our daily office operations running smoothly and manage local vendor relationships. Meeting Support Excellence: Own meeting brief preparation and note sharing. Commanding Events: Organise everything from high-energy internal team gatherings to high-profile external engagements. Direct Executive Exposure: Gain an unfiltered look into international business operations, corporate culture, and leadership decision-making. What can you bring We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented execution machine. You will excel if you have: Obsessive Attention to Detail: You are someone who spots the small errors others miss and loves keeping things organised. High Proactivity & Ownership: A "hands-on" mentality - you don't wait to be told what to do; you see a gap and fill it. Multitasking Under Pressure: The ability to ruthlessly prioritise and keep multiple plates spinning at once without dropping the ball. Administrative Grounding: Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or office support function. Language Fluency: Professional working proficiency in both English and German (C1 minimum) is mandatory for managing local operations and global communication.
