Executive Director - Oro Valley, Arizona

**The Ironwood at Oro Valley, Arizona,** an Assisted Living & Memory Care Community part of Stellar Senior Living, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our community, team members, and the resident experience. This is an opportunity for a proven senior living leader who understands that great results come from great people. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable supporting residents and families, developing leaders, managing operations, and driving financial performance. **What You'll Do:** *Lead the Community* - Serve as the face of the community and create an environment where residents, families, and team members feel valued, supported, and connected. *Develop Leaders* - Build strong department heads, hold the team accountable, and provide coaching, support, and professional development. Success in this role requires developing people, not simply managing them. *Deliver Operational Excellence* - Ensure exceptional resident care and service while maintaining compliance with quality standards and delivering a positive resident experience throughout the community. *Drive Sustainable Growth* - Partner with sales and marketing leaders to maintain strong occupancy through community reputation, referral relationships, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence. *Manage the Business* - Maintain full responsibility for financial performance, budgeting, labor management, and overall operational success.
