This role sits at the center of the President’s day-to-day operations. You’ll help manage the flow of information, priorities, and communication across internal teams and external partners. The right person is highly organized, pro-active, and able to keep multiple moving pieces aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture. You’ll own travel arrangement and expense management the same way as calendar management and scheduling, help prepare for and follow up on meetings, capture key notes and decisions, and make sure conversations translate into clear next steps. You'll be curious about the marketing side of the organization — helping coordinate decks and documents, keeping the wider marketing team organized where needed. We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of professional experience, strong organizational instincts, and an interest and base understanding of how creative and marketing teams operate within entertainment or media. You should be someone who not only keeps things running smoothly, but who is a fan and with a passion for today's pop culture and is deeply immersed in anime, gaming, and modern action storytelling — as well as the communities that surround them. Location This role is based out of our Los Angeles, CA office and is fully in-person. * * * ## What You’ll Do - Manage the President of Marketing & Brand’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics - Prepare meeting materials and capture notes, decisions, and follow-ups - Track action items and ensure conversations translate into execution - Coordinate marketing decks, documents, and campaign materials - Arrange travel, manage expenses and other logistics. - Support internal marketing processes and team coordination - Assist with research and preparation related to marketing initiatives and partnerships * * * ## What Makes Someone Successful in This Role The best candidates for this role don’t just wait for instructions — they anticipate what’s needed and help keep things moving.
