We're looking for an **Executive Assistant** to support senior leadership at a fast-moving, publicly listed deep technology company operating across mobility, defense, and intelligent systems. You will own calendar management, inbox organization, travel coordination, stakeholder communications, and operational support across a high-volume executive environment with global partnerships spanning multiple regions including Korea. This role has a hard language requirement. You must be fluent in both English and Korean. You will communicate directly with Korean-speaking partners, prepare bilingual materials, and support cross-cultural stakeholder engagement as a core part of the job. If you are highly organized, AI-literate, professionally fluent in Korean and English, and take pride in making a fast-moving executive team more effective, this role is a strong fit. ### Why You'll Want to Join - You will be paid in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) - **Paid Time Off** in accordance with company policy - Observance of **Holidays** per company guidelines - **100% remote setup** so you can work wherever you're most productive - This role requires availability during **US Eastern Time business hours** - Work directly with senior leadership at a publicly listed deep tech company with global OEM partnerships - High-trust, high-ownership role with direct visibility into executive operations across multiple regions ### What You'll Work On **Calendar and Scheduling** - Own the executive calendar end to end across multiple time zones including US, European, and Korean business hours - Schedule internal meetings, external partner calls, OEM engagements, and cross-functional reviews - Protect executive focus time and ensure the calendar reflects the right priorities at all times - Coordinate logistics and prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting **Inbox and Communications Management** - Manage the executive inbox daily, flagging priority items, drafting responses, and filing the rest - Handle bilingual correspondence in English and Korean with Korean-speaking partners and stakeholders - Ensure all communications are responded to promptly and professionally - Draft, review, and send emails and follow-ups on behalf of the executive as needed **Travel and Logistics** - Book and manage complex international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa requirements - Build detailed itineraries that account for time zones, meeting schedules, and logistics across multiple countries - Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently without disrupting the executive's schedule **Stakeholder and Partner Coordination** - Serve as a point of contact for Korean-speaking OEM partners, vendors, and external stakeholders - Prepare bilingual meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications - Support cross-cultural communication between the executive team and Korean-speaking counterparts - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move action items forward **AI-Assisted Operations** - Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to draft correspondence, summarize documents, prepare briefings, and streamline recurring tasks - Continuously identify opportunities to use AI to improve speed and quality of executive support - Maintain a high output standard across all deliverables with AI as a core part of the workflow **Administrative and Operational Support** - Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up trackers - Manage expense reports, vendor coordination, and document organization - Support special projects and ad hoc requests from senior leadership as needed ### What You Bring - Professional fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken, this is a non-negotiable requirement - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA supporting a C-suite executive or senior leadership team - Strong calendar management experience across multiple time zones including Asia-Pacific - Comfo…
