You’ll ensure smooth, well‑organized events and serve as a key partner to internal teams and external stakeholders. **Full-time employment based in Latvia** **You will:** - Prepare and attend international events - Manage meetings conduct management and troubleshooting - Communicate with internal and external clients on meeting planning, budgeting, organization, conduct and follow-up - Conduct market research with regards to destinations/venues for project meetings - Oversee travel arrangements for the meetings attendees - Review contracted vendor invoices and the payment process - Provide data related to Investigators’ Meetings and other project meetings expenses to the finance team - Oversee investigators’ reimbursement payments - Oversee online registration system maintenance - Oversees compliance with country-specific policies regarding interactions with Health Care Professionals - Estimate meeting costs for potential or existing contracts ## Qualifications - College or University degree - At least 5 years of experience in events organization and management - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Full working proficiency in English - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment - High level of responsibility and customer orientation - Ability and desire to travel abroad
