**ESTIMATOR** Construction Site Development We're seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our growing site development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in construction estimating and project management. **What You'll Do:** • Assist in preparing cost estimates for site development projects including earthwork, utilities, grading, and paving • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents • Perform quantity takeoffs using digital tools and software • Obtain and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes • Support senior estimators in bid preparation and proposal development • Maintain cost databases and historical project information • Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings **What We're Looking For:** • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 0-2 years of estimating or construction experience • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills • Familiarity with estimating software (HeavyBid, HCSS, or similar) is a plus • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset • Willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry
