We are available 24/7 to help rebuild homes, businesses, and lives! **What You’ll Do** As a Write/Run Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate Xactimate estimates and overseeing projects from estimation to completion. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting onsite inspections and preparing precise Xactimate estimates in line with program guidelines and IICRC standards. - Managing the jobs you estimate, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality restoration. - Documenting clear job site photos and project reports. - Communicating with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and scheduling subcontractors to keep projects on track. - Reviewing and submitting change orders, supplements, and final invoicing details. - Providing excellent customer service, guiding homeowners and business owners through the repair process and payment expectations. - Ensuring all necessary permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met. **What You Bring** We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
