A highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. **What You Will Be Doing:** - Follow up on quotes and answer customer inquiries. - Estimate simple projects based on customer specifications and product knowledge. - Enter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems. - Coordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware. - Support project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers. - Prepare project documentation including orders, warranties, close-out packages, and related materials. - Assist with customer visits and support external sales efforts. - Ensure accurate and timely communication with Accounts Receivable to support billing activities. - Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments. - Support estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. - Help ensure projects remain on track and meet customer expectations. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Skills You Bring:** - Experience in customer service and vendor coordination. - High level of professionalism and confidentiality. - Associate degree preferred. - 2-4 years of relevant experience required. Glass/aluminum industry experience is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines. - Comfort with numbers and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, area, and related measurements. - Experience working independently and proactively in a collaborative team environment. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. **Physical Requirements:** Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. **Why Trulite:** Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
