**ESTATE AND TRUST PARALEGAL** **Location**: Naples, Florida (Onsite — NO REMOTE — NO HYBRID) **Compensation**: $70,000 - $93,000 per year **About the Role:** Our Client is seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Paralegal to manage estate and trust administration matters from asset collection through final distributions at the firm's Naples, Florida office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions - Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings at all probate steps - Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing - Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041) - Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactively - Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families GCG® is one of world’s leading providers of business transformation solutions related to supply chain and technology solutions for order fulfillment and marketing execution.
