MAKE AN IMPACT Requirements: Job Title: ESG REPORTING Experience Over 7 years of solid experience in Finance at a major institution with hands-on experience in supporting or co-leading ESG/sustainability external disclosures or regulatory reporting, including data validation, stakeholder coordination, narrative drafting is preferred. Commercial outlook – able to connect numbers, performance drivers and ‘real world’ events. Deep knowledge of business strategy, operations and structure. Highly motivated, diligent, collaborative, personable and capable of working independently and exercising judgment. Project management skills, including creating lean processes and governance structures. Strong people and communication skills – able to develop and articulate a viewpoint when working with a broad range of stakeholders. Able to prioritize tasks, resolve problems and respond effectively to emerging issues. Able effectively to work effectively within a complex, global organisation. Qualifications Quantitative degree, ideally with professional education in Finance (Qualified Accountant). Skills Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional skills - good to have Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, and an interest in leveraging AI to enhance productivity and reporting efficiency
