Game Masters are at the heart of every experience, guiding guests and ensuring each game runs smoothly. **Your Role as a Game Master** As a Game Master, you create the foundation for an engaging, smooth, and memorable guest experience. From welcoming guests and setting the stage to monitoring gameplay and resetting rooms, you ensure every group feels supported, immersed, and excited from arrival through departure. **What You'll Be Doing** ### Create an Unforgettable Guest Experience - Greet, check in, and assist guests throughout their visit - Deliver clear pre-game instructions and introduce themed experiences - Engage with guests before, during, and after gameplay - Respond professionally to guest questions and resolve concerns with a positive approach ### Run the Games - Monitor and operate multiple escape room games at the same time - Provide guidance, hints, and support during gameplay as needed - Troubleshoot minor technical issues to minimize interruptions ### Keep the Experience Sharp - Reset escape room environments quickly and accurately between games - Follow detailed reset procedures to ensure consistency and immersion - Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready rooms and workspaces ### Support the Team - Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned - Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures - Collaborate with fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly **Who You Are** - Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused - Comfortable multitasking and staying calm under pressure - Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions - Tech-comfortable or eager to learn - A team player who brings positive energy to every shift **Belmont Park LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
