Escape Room Lead

The Great Escape Room is a fast-growing, family-owned company offering a high-quality escape room experience. Established in 2014, we have several locations across the Eastern United States. The Escape Room Lead is responsible for helping guide the team during shifts, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. This role acts as a leader on the floor by assisting team members, solving problems, and helping maintain company standards. **The most important qualifications we are looking for are:** - Reliability and strong ownership of responsibilities - Flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability - A charming and outgoing personality - Ability to lead, coach, and support team members - Strong problem-solving skills without needing constant direction - A team player who can step up when needed - Ability to create a fun and engaging guest experience **The IDEAL CANDIDATE would:** - Be comfortable interacting with guests while maintaining character and the storyline of the escape experience - Help train and support new team members - Take ownership of shift responsibilities and help keep operations running smoothly - Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and team performance - Be someone others can rely on during busy shifts - Assist with game quality, room readiness, and team communication **Job Type:** Part-time **Pay:** $17 per hour **Benefits:** - Ability to earn extra pay through "Master of the Month" and Encore Ticket sales commissions - Flexible schedule - Excellent growth opportunities - Opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance within the company
