Position Summary: The ERP / Inventory Control Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records across raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), packaging, and finished goods. This role performs inventory transactions, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and ERP system updates to ensure inventory accuracy and support efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: Perform daily cycle counts and month-end WIP inventory counts while maintaining inventory accuracy. Verify raw material usage, packaging consumption, WIP, and finished goods inventory following production runs. Process inventory transactions, adjustments, and location updates within the ERP system. Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve variances. Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely to maintain ERP data integrity. Prepare end-of-shift pass-down communications highlighting completed production orders, inventory discrepancies, and outstanding issues. Utilize ERP systems, handheld scanners, computers, and warehouse equipment to complete inventory activities. Support physical inventories, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and inventory control processes. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies, GMPs, food safety requirements, and safety procedures. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and inventory adjustments. Proficiency using handheld scanners, computers, and Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas. Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Forklift certification. Experience supporting month-end close activities and inventory audits. #LI-DNI
