If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people while delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you. ✅ Full-time position with benefits ✅ Leadership and career growth opportunities ✅ Mission-driven organization ✅ Supportive, team-oriented culture What You'll Do - Lead all day-to-day retail operations to achieve sales, production, and financial goals - Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team - Create employee schedules and manage daily staffing needs - Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results - Oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, and donation growth initiatives - Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment - Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze operational performance - Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards - Partner with Mission Services to support employee and participant development - Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement - Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For - 5+ years of retail management experience - Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - Experience managing sales, staffing, and operational performance - Intermediate computer and digital skills - Ability to motivate teams and achieve business goals - Commitment to Goodwill's mission, culture, and continuous improvement - Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Work Environment - Retail environment with climate-controlled conditions - Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs - Occasional exposure to dust, lint, donated goods, and outdoor weather conditions - Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and occasional short deadlines - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Goodwill?
