If you’re looking for meaningful retail work in a supportive, purpose-driven environment, we’d love to meet you! ✅ Part-time leadership opportunity ✅ Flexible retail scheduling ✅ Mission-driven workplace ✅ Growth and development potential What You’ll Do - Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers and donors - Operate cash register and process transactions according to company policy - Open or close the store and complete assigned leadership duties - Prepare nightly reports and assist with bank deposits as needed - Support loss prevention and store safety practices - Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using the One Touch Method - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor - Load and unload merchandise shipments as needed - Follow all safety and security procedures What We’re Looking For - 1+ year of retail experience preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Reliable with leadership potential and accountability - Basic computer and digital skills - Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable adapting to change and supporting team success Work Environment - Retail setting with climate-controlled environment - Exposure to dust and donated goods materials - Occasional outdoor work - Evening, weekend, and nontraditional retail hours required - Fast-paced environment with occasional short deadlines Why Goodwill?
