Maintain records of all repairs and service. Keep farm shop clean and organized. Maintain and account for all tools and equipment. Train and supervise inmate workers to learn and utilize skilled mechanical methods/techniques in a safe and efficient manner. **Minimum Qualifications** Knowledge of repair, maintenance techniques, and shop management. Skill in use of all related hand and power tools and equipment to service and maintain gasoline and diesel vehicles/equipment. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a variety of logs and records. Ability to diagnose equipment problems and make repairs. Ability to interpret all related manuals. Demonstrated ability to diagnose equipment problems and make repairs. Ability to prioritize and schedule work, interpret manuals, and communicate effectively. **Additional Considerations** Experience in automotive repair dealing with gasoline/diesel powered equipment repair. Skills in the operation of computerized diagnostics/techniques and power tools.
