The Equipment Operator will accurately and safely load and unload trucks, organize and stack materials in designated storage areas, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and proficiency in equipment operation will contribute to the overall success of our logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and optimal inventory management. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Operate and maneuver equipment such as forklifts, reach truck, order picker, or other machinery as required for specific projects or tasks. - Perform equipment pre-operation checks to ensure proper functionality and identify any potential issues or maintenance needs. - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, coworkers, and other personnel on the site. - Use equipment to load, unload, and transport materials, supplies, or products as required. - Follow instructions to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. - Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. - Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure accurate order fulfillment. - Use handheld scanners or other tools to track and update inventory levels. - Sign for shipments upon receiving, inspect incoming shipments, check for damaged or missing items, and record discrepancies. - Organize and arrange products in the warehouse, ensuring proper placement and easy accessibility. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. - Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a safe work environment. - Report any inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or manager. - Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned, such as restocking shelves, labeling products, or assisting in inventory audits. - Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and inspections. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel involved in the project. - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards. **…
