Equipment Development Engineer Responsibilities Import equipment according to the company's capacity planning requirements Responsible for technical input, technical confirmation, technical benchmarking, equipment manufacture, installation, commissioning, acceptance and delivery Responsible for tracking, coordinating and managing the project schedule of new equipment introduction; familiar with the principle and core requirements of lithium electric equipment is preferred Responsible for following up the construction and internal installation progress, and confirming whether the site construction meets the equipment installation requirements Collect and sort out related engineering data after new equipment is imported, and output related equipment management files Familiar with the development of lithium equipment industry and suppliers, and have relevant supplier resources and management experience Qualifications At least 3 years relevant experience, bachelor degree or above Project experience in importing specific equipment, familiar with basic knowledge and principle of mechanical, electrical and other automation equipment of lithium electric equipment Familiar with project management process and methods, and preferred to engage in non-standard automation equipment development projects Proficient in CAD drawing and office software, familiar with equipment design and production Good teamwork skills, good communication skills, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, working experience in lithium industry and excellent English is preferred
