ClinDCast is looking for **Epic MyChart Analyst** **Responsibilities:** - Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal. - Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement. - Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades. - Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards. - Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality. **Qualifications:** - Experience with Epic MyChart and Epic certification in Epic MyChart - Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient portal functionality. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position.
