**Job Description:** Seeking an experienced **Epic Healthy Planet Analyst** with a strong background in Epic tools, population health, and healthcare IT systems. The ideal candidate will support implementation, operations, and optimization of Epic modules within a large health system. **Required Skills:** - **Epic Certification** in Healthy Planet with 5+ years’ experience in population health solutions - 8+ years in **Epic implementation**, **Health IT**, and **enterprise system integration** - Expertise in **Epic tools**: Registries, Reporting Workbench, Health Maintenance, BPAs, Decision Support - Knowledge of **Epic Care Everywhere**, SmartForms, Meaningful Use, MyChart, and Specialty Modules - Experience with **case/care management workflows**, quality reporting (PQRS, ACO/MSSP), and wellness programs - Strong understanding of **system architecture**, data workflows, security protocols, and privacy regulations - Proven ability in **project management**, user needs assessment, technical documentation, and testing - Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical teams # **Empowering the Future of Healthcare** The healthcare Industry is on the brink of a paradigm shift where patients are increasingly being viewed as empowered consumers, utilizing digital technologies to better understand and manage their own health.
