Working knowledge of: o National fire codes (IFC, NFPA1, NFPA30) o Federal UST regulations (40 CFR 280) o SPCC regulations (40 CFR 112) o ASME boiler and pressure vessel code basics o Federal air regulations (NSPS, NESHAP) o Wastewater & stormwater regulations (NPDES) o Used oil regulations (40 CFR 279) o Project prototype tank setups (aboveground and underground) - Ability to translate complex regulatory language into clear, layperson-friendly summaries. - Critical thinking to identify follow-up questions and explore deeper implications. - Confidence in engaging with regulators and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
