Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community.* *We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.* *PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.* **JOB SUMMARY:** Prepares and compiles documents required by federal government for discharge of foreign cargo at domestic port to serve as intermediary between importers, merchant shipping companies, airlines, railroads, trucking companies, pipeline operators, and the United States Customs Service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor. **Essential Functions:** - Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers - Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports - Implement SOP perfectly to meets customer specific requirement - Working with Coordinator/Documentation in terms of System data entry and checking - Invoice preparing, cost checking and presenting, job checking and closing - Support manger to meet with customer for better communication, efficient cooperation, or removing the misunderstanding, etc. - Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader
