Our newest Entry Level Sales Producer will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a Licensed Insurance Entry Level Sales Producer, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. **Benefits/Perks** - Competitive Pay - Professional Development - Job Stability in a Growing Industry **Responsibilities** - Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. - Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. - Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. - Maintain knowledge of new products. - Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. - Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls. - Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists. **Qualifications** - Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. - Create relationships from a cold start. - Be a fantastic presenter. - Proficiency to multi-task, follow through, and follow up. - Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. - Must have the ability to multi-task. - Must be highly self-motivated. - A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. - Career-minded vision. - A property and Casualty insurance license is required. - Successful sales background. - Minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies. - Being bilingual, and fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
