Entry Level Reliability Specialist Engineer

MTA is committed to attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented workforce who can successfully execute contract requirements and deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.* **Job Responsibilities:** - Provide support to the Systems Readiness Directorate’s Reliability, Availability, Maintainability Engineering and System Assessment (SRD RAM-SA) Division. Specifically, to provide RAM engineering life cycle support to Air Defense weapon systems to include test and performance data, reliability data analysis, and trend line development. Perform statistical assessments and evaluations in support of multiple Air Defense programs. Provide RAM engineering design support. - Conducts hardware/software reliability analyses based upon system requirements in determining the optimal system design approach. Determines system reliability based upon system specifications and desired output versus available input and source of input. Provides an assessment as to overall system impacts in evaluating proposed system changes (e.g., Engineering Change Proposals). Evaluates proposed test strategy and test procedures to ensure the testing of the integrated system will adequately demonstrate that system reliability specifications are achieved. Attends hardware/software reviews to assess the progress in fulfilling system reliability requirements. **Requirements:** - BS in Engineering from an accredited university/college. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. - Must be authorized to work in the United States. *MTA INC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
