Entry-Level In-Home Caregiver

For candidates who are not already certified, we offer the opportunity to complete a 40-hour virtual Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program and build a rewarding career in home care. **What Makes This Role Great** - $18–$21/hour depending on experience and interview - Flexible shifts that fit your availability - 24/7 support from a responsive, local team - Time and a half pay for holidays and overtime - Mileage reimbursement during client shifts - Small, local team environment **What You'll Do** - Driving clients to appointments or errands - Providing medication reminders - Preparing meals and assisting with cooking - Performing light housekeeping tasks - Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene - Help with feeding - Mobility and ambulation support - Bathing assistance - Transfers (bed/chair) - Toileting and incontinence care **What We're Looking For** - Compassionate and dependable individuals - Strong communicators who enjoy helping others - Applicants interested in starting or growing a career in caregiving - Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required **Qualifications** - Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required - Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation - All offers are contingent on completion of a background check and MVR screening.
