You'll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting both our patients and clinical team by: - Assisting the dentist during exams and procedures - Helping children feel calm, comfortable, and excited about their visit - Preparing treatment rooms and organizing instruments before each patient - Cleaning and sterilizing instruments following safety guidelines - Taking dental X-rays (training provided if needed) - Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked - Working closely with teammates to keep appointments running on schedule - Assisting with basic front office tasks when needed ## The Kind of Person Who Will Thrive Here We're looking for someone who is: - Friendly, upbeat, and loves working with children - Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn - A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team - Detail-oriented and takes pride in staying organized - Flexible and willing to jump in wherever help is needed - Calm under pressure and committed to providing excellent patient care **No dental experience?
