Entry Leve Sign Production/Installs Helper

FASTSIGNS #110301 is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team! **A Successful FASTSIGNS Production & Install Support Specialist Will:** - Assist with day-to-day production tasks including cutting, assembling, cleaning, laminating, and preparing sign materials - Follow layouts and work orders to apply vinyl or printed graphics to various substrates - Help operate and maintain shop equipment such as printers, laminators, saws, and basic power tools - Support installation projects as needed (on-site training provided) - Use hand tools and saws safely and confidently for basic fabrication and assembly work - Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and workmanship - Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and storage area - Assist team members as needed to keep projects moving on schedule **Ideal Qualifications:** - **No sign industry experience required – we will train the right candidate** - Comfortable using hand tools, saws, and light power equipment - Mechanically inclined or enjoys working with tools and building things - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours) - Ability to lift 50 lbs or more - Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (this is a labor-intensive role) - Reliable, willing to learn, and able to work well as part of a team - Ability to work under pressure while producing high-quality work **Why FASTSIGNS?** Do you enjoy working with your hands?
